Education is an internationally recognized fundamental human right. TKT is aligned with the same view point of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) where they summarize education as "learning to be….a complete person". Therefore TKT is committed to sponsoring school children’s fees, tracking and supporting their academic progress, and providing life and professional skills through development workshops.

Scholarship program: Under its Scholarship Program, TKT prioritizes the enrollment of the beneficiaries in primary schools through to High school and provide access to a higher education. Within the TKT scholarship program, school fees are covered, learning material provided, while the team guides, supports and tracks their academic progress.

Learning-By-Doing Program: This holistic program provides the learners with practical skills through experiential learning, development workshops, vocational and livelihood trainings. This program not only increases the beneficiary’s employability and their ability to engage in self-employment, it assures their positive impact as citizens of the world.

Community empowerment and capacity building program: TKT provides workshops and trainings in Nairobi’s informal settlements including Kibera, Dagoretti, Kawangware and Mathare. The topics covered include hygiene, social entrepreneurship, financial literacy, gender, HIV/AIDS, drugs and substance abuse, and environmental conservation. Founded on our principles, TKT aims at building communities that are resilient, self-reliant and are engaged in development initiatives and opportunities.

TKT Library Reading is fundamental: Opening the beneficiaries and visitors to the possibilities of the world through literature, language, philosophy, psychology, arts and recreation and so many more topics. Having only started our collection, we invite others to donate.

TKT Intercultural Exchange Program: It takes a village to raise a child. There is great benefit to experiencing a new world through visitors who visits the beneficiaries and through the experience of living abroad
